Survived by husband and longtime companion, David R. Scott; brother and sister-in-law, Ron (Louise) Carey of Green River, WY; many cousins; and many great friends.
Rick was involved in the planning and fundraising for many events in the Omaha area, including the Cathedral Flower Show, Lauritzen Gardens Antique Show, Omaha Fashion Week, events at the Joslyn Art Museum, Joslyn Castle, KANEKO, NAP’s Night Of A Thousand Stars, etc. He enjoyed working on these projects and helping these causes move forward.
As requested, Rick will be cremated and have no services. His cremated remains will be spread at a later date.
