My heart hurts for Karen's family and for myself.  Karen was a warrior, a beautiful person inside and out, she showed great perseverance, strength of mind and body that fought a horrible disease longer than most with great dignity and grace.  An amazing wife, mother, sister and friend.  A friend of mine for 53 years. She will always be in my heart and thoughts until we meet again.  Love and prayers to her family and all that knew her. So sorry to hear of Karan’s passing and suffering for so long. I met Karen when I was 16 sacking groceries at once was, a Safeway grocery store on 120th and Center! They tore that building down and rebuilt it which is now a Bakers Store. She was my 1st girlfriend although very protected by her dad and brother we did not actually go out on a date. We would hang out in their Dad’s garage along with Debbie and listen to records! When ever I hear Crimson & Clover the memories of Karen and Debbie remind me of those times. Prayers for you and all your family during these grieving times! GOD BLESS...
