Joseph William McEwan

He went to Tech High School and then enlisted in the Marine Corp during the Vietnam War. He was married to Beverly Rae Griffith in 1972 and then daughter Shannon Rae McEwan was born in January of 1972. Son Joseph McEwan Jr was born in February 1975. Joseph and Beverly divorced eight years later.

Joseph was united in marriage to Debra Rae Herron in 1997 and son Cody Shea McEwan was born in March of 1997.

Joe had a few different jobs during his life, he started welding after returning from the Marines and his last job of 25 years was at Lancer Label where he ran the ink department. Joe LOVED his job and was very sad he had to quit work and retire due to health issues.

Joseph was predeceased by father, William J. McEwan; mother Frances Miyeno McEwan; beloved son, Joseph W. Ewan Jr.; mother-in-law Marion Allen; and brother-in-law, S.J. "Jim" Herron.

Survived by loving wife, Debra; son, Cody and daughter Shannon and her children William and his wife Iris and their five children and granddaughter Alexandra. Also survived by sister and brother-in-law, Stephen and Lisa Reynolds and their three children and their spouses Jennifer West, Manda Reynolds and Christian Reynolds.

Joe was a happy man who loved his job, working outside and taking care of his family. He was a proud Marine and prouder still to be sober for thirty eight years. Joe was loved dearly and will be missed for eternity.
