Preceded in death by husband, Donald Cloyed; husband, Loren Roiger; parents, DeEarl and Rose Chase; and brother, DeEarl (Bud) Chase. Survived by daughters, Sally Lecuona, Sherry (David) Koehler, and Shelly (Dan) Drexel; grandchildren, Sybil, Derek, Daren, Tyler, and Kiara; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, DeAnna O’Brien; sister-in-law, Geri Chase; and several nieces and nephews.
JoAnn was a loving daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed ballroom dancing, traveling, and playing games and puzzles. She loved to garden and made the most of any ground space she had available.
