Jim Pierson, 78, passed away on June 11, 2024, in Omaha, NE. He was born on December 14, 1945. Jim is survived by his sons, Matt Pierson (Michelle) and Tom Pierson (Lena), daughter Jaime Way (Troy), grandchildren Sam, Alex, and Layla Pierson, and sister Donna Hungerford. He was preceded in death by his wife Linda, parents Jeanette Cook and Leland Pierson, and sisters Mary Jane Morgan, Cathy Abrams, and Carol Vogel.
Jim's kindness and gentle spirit touched the lives of many, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
A memorial service for Jim will be held Friday, June 21, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home, 5701 Center Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68106.
