George was a kindhearted person. He was very adventurous and loved to go on long bike rides. He also loved going to the park and watching birds.
George graduated from Bryan High School. As a kid in school, he played several different sports and received many medals and ribbons. He worked for many years at the Goodwill and Walmart.
George loved talking to people; he loved to know the life stories of others, and he would share his own stories or even talk about the news from CNN. One of his favorite things to do was go to the neighborhood gas station to drink coffee and visit with his friends.
George loved to listen to music from the 70’s and watch movies; his favorites were Chuck Norris, Bruce Lee, and Jackie Chan. He loved to come over and find movies on the TV.
George was preceded in death by his parents, James and Antonia Morrison; his grandparents; and several other family and friends. He is survived by many lifelong friends.
A visitation for George will be held Thursday, February 15, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home (5701 Center St, Omaha, NE 68106), with a vigil service at 6:30 PM. A funeral service will occur Friday, February 16, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home.
