Survived by wife, Edith Smith; daughter, Paula (Kirk Ketelson) Smith; son, Donald Scott (Nichole) Smith, and adopted son, James Smith; grandchildren, MyCroft and Piper; brother, Charles (Chuck) Smith; many other family and friends.
