Carolyn Rae Howell passed away peacefully at Brookestone Meadows after living a courageous life full of spunk and spirit, as she made it her goal to make sure everyone around her was taken care of, even when she required full time help to take care of her for the last 15 years.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, William "Dave" David Howell; and her twin sister, Elizabeth.
Survived by children Paul Howell, Deborah (Kelly) Ray, William David Howell Jr., Katherine (Nate) Geiger; her six grandchildren Daniel, Taylor, Owen, Emma, Carrine, and Benjamin; and her loving niece Marjorie Dodson.
We will be having a “Celebration of Life” Memorial at the Brookestone Meadows Chapel on Friday, February 17th at 10:00 am followed by food and fellowship in the Community room until 3:00 pm. Feel free to stop by anytime. In lieu of flowers, memorials will go to The OWLS (Older Workers for the Lord’s Service) that she created at Brookestone Meadows to service those in need.
