Bonnie is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Gardner; parents, Robert "Bob" and Dora Henderson; daughter, Jill Simonsen; and 2 grandsons, Robert Burke and Benjamin Holmberg. She is survived by her sons, Mark (Cheryl) Holmberg of Omaha, and Greg Gardner of Omaha; 5 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Bobbie Ann Powell; and loving nephews and nieces.
Bonnie loved her Nebraska Football. She was an avid shopper & collector. She always looked forward to her lunch and margarita get togethers with her sister, nieces, and nephews. She enjoyed her daily calls from Greg to discuss the latest soap opera episode they both watched, and always looked forward to visiting him in the Nursing Home when she could.
