Billy was born to John & Blanch Rush on September 10, 1953, in Raleigh Mississippi. He left Raleigh at a young age and moved to Chicago. He confessed to Christ in 1963 and was baptized at Second Little Rock Baptist Church, under the leadership of Rev. St. John Rush. He graduated from high school and attended Martin Luther King College. He moved to Omaha in 1975. He worked for the transportation system as a dispatcher until his retirement. Billy was preceded in death by his father John Rush Jr., and 3 brothers Jerry Rush, Dedrick Rush, and Willie Rush. Billy leaves to cherish his memory, wife Jacqueline Rush, 2 daughters Tracey Rush Toler and Nakeeta Murray, 3 stepdaughters Teresa Patman and LaLoni Patman, Jountay Mayberry, 1 step son Barry Chisley, a loving mother, Blanch Rush, 3 sisters - Mary Mcgill and Dora (Kittie) Vaughan (Jesse) of Omaha, NE, Linda Winston Lincoln, NE, 3 brothers John Rush (Keta) Flowood, MS, Charles Rush (Shirleen) Dallas, TX, Christopher Rush (Nikki) Omaha, NE, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and his special friend Paula Patman..
