Ralph Eugene Hemann, 80, of Olive Branch, MS, passed away April 30, 2014 in Humboldt, Tennessee. He was born February 16, 1934 in New Baden, Illinois to the late John and Cecilia Hemann. Mr. Hemann served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He worked as a salesman, mainly in the automotive industry.
He was preceded in death by his son Michael John Hemann.
He is survived by his son Steven (Janet) Hemann of Milan, TN, daughters Penny, Cathy, Vickie and Ashley; his daughter-in-law Lisa; sisters Lois (Don) Toennies and Sharon (Denver) Hoelscher; grandchildren Jacob (Jessica), Benjamin and Melissa (Matt); great-grandchildren Kayleigh , Breahna and Dylan.. He also leaves behind his companion of 27 years, Jean Moore and her sons Daryl , Kenny (Brett), Tracy (Trish) and Greg (Beth); grandchildren Patrick , Stephen , Karleigh, Kristi, Corey, Austin, and Peyton and great-grandson, Lucas.
A gathering of friends will be held from 9:30 until 11:00 a.m. Sunday, May 4, 2014 at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch with services to follow at 11:00 a.m. the same day. Interment will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 9, 2014 at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery in Memphis, Tn.
