Michael Perry, 19, passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Methodist Olive Branch. Knowing Michael, you knew his heart. He was silly, compassionate, and above all, loved with his whole heart. Michael was an avid outdoors man, he loved to fish and hunt, and spending time outside. He had a love for all things sweet, nutty buddy Bars, Ice cream, powder donuts to name a few. Michael’s heart was so full of kindness and he always embraced the unique differences and characteristics of everyone. His friends and family were his everything, he cared for them deeply, and as he knew they cared for him. He was more than just a son, a brother, a grandson, a nephew, a cousin, a friend; he was a piece of each of their hearts, and will be greatly missed. Michael is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, David and Patsi Martin. He leaves behind his loving parents, Karen and David Meredith, Chris and Candace Perry; his paternal grandparents, Jerry and Judy Perry; three sisters, Haley Perry, Ava Perry, Berkeley Perry, and four brothers, Trae Justice, Nelson Meredith, Chase Holland, and Ethan Reed. He also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, who loved him dearly. In the words of Michael, “Live everyday like it’s your last.” A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 30, 2019 at 3:00 pm with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm at Getwell Church, 7875 Getwell Rd.
