Linda Kay Ward, 64, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, December 19, 2022 at Baptist DeSoto in Southaven, MS. She was born on October 12, 1958 to John and Ondine Barnes in East St. Louis, MO. Linda was a dealer at Fitzgerald Casino for over 10 years. Her greatest passions were traveling and her dogs. Linda enjoyed traveling to the beach, to Disney, and traveling to Nashville for hockey games. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Ondine Barnes and two sisters, Nancy Heaton and Patricia Mesmer. Linda is survived by her husband of 32 years, Jackie Ward, and two sons, Jonathan Ward and Brandon Osbahr (Tiffany); a bonus daughter, Carye Jackman, and two siblings, Jackie Wilson and Charlie Barnes. She also leaves behind two grandchildren, Alex and Gunner Osbahr. The family request that memorial contributions be made to Horn Lake Animal Shelter in Linda’s honor.
