Willie Frank Bailey, 79, son of Mattie Evans and Frank Bailey was born June 27, 1938 in Five Points, AL. He confessed his hope in Christ at Antioch Baptist Church in Lanette, AL at an early age. Frank was an active member of Knights of Pythias and held high honor position as Captain of Cobras Police Unit in Des Moines Iowa. Frank leaves behind his wife of 41 years, Gail Carson Bailey of Southaven, MS; 11 children, Darry, Willie, Doris, Renay, Amber, Tracy, Frankie, Gina, Jason, Tammy and Melvin; a brother, James and two sisters, Marie and Nancy. He also leaves behind several grandchildren, great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews and Papa's special boys, Anthony and Karson. He is forever loved.
