Olive Branch - DORIS L. TOMPKINS, 78, died April 11, 2010 at Methodist Hospital Germantown. She was an Associate at Walmart for 19 years. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 13 and service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, both at Brantley Funeral Home Olive Branch. Burial will be in Memorial Park Southwoods. She leaves her husband of 57 years, Thomas V. Tompkins; one daughter, Sharon Davis; two sons, Dwain Tompkins (Tammy), Tracy Tompkins; one sister, Patsy Smith; six brothers, Billy, Preston, Paul, Jerry, Harold and Raymond Meeks; four grandchildren, Jeremy, Thomas, Jamie and Tonda; six great-grandchildren, Anthony, Kiana, Keegan, Ian, Peyton, Alexus.
