David Fletcher Redfield was born to parents Fletcher Horace Redfield and Helen Miles Redfield on January 26, 1942 in Wiggins, MS. He is preceded in death by his wife, Johnnie Angela Redfield, and his brother, Douglas Robert Redfield.
He was a member of Gracewood Baptist Church in Southaven, MS and was a longtime member of Ridgeway Assemblies of God in Memphis, TN. He graduated from Stone High School in Wiggins, MS. He served our country as a marine and retired from AT&T after decades of service.
He was passionate about his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, his country, his Ole Miss Rebels and most especially his grandsons Aiden and Brady!
He is survived by his daughter Angel Redfield Sheehan, and grandsons, Aiden Patrick Sheehan and Brady David Sheehan of Germantown, TN. His sister Dixie Redfield Moore of Petal, MS, and sister in law, Debbie Redfield Mizell of Natchez, MS; niece, Christa Moore Hosey of Hattiesburg, MS; nephew, Alan Moore of Collins, MS; Brian Redfield of Nashville, TN and Nathan Redfield of Madison, MS.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at 2:00 pm with visitation beginning at 12:00 pm at Brantley Funeral Home, 6875 Cockrum St. Olive Branch, MS 38654.
