Christine Brewer, 88, of Memphis, TN passed away Sunday, February 26, 2017. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Brewer. They were married for 60 years. She was a member of Olive Branch Church of Christ. She is survived by her daughter, Johnnie Brannon (Jim), her sons, Mike Brewer (Debbie), and Joe Brewer; grandchildren Karli Caruso (Joe) and Mike Brewer (Kelley); great-grandchildren, Joey Caruso and Jacob Caruso; brothers James Johnston and Paul Johnston of Trenton, TN. The family wishes to express our most sincere gratitude to the staff at Kings Daughters and Sons for the kindness and wonderful care given our mother over the last few years. Family will receive visitors Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch, MS with the service to immediately follow at 11:00 am. A private graveside service will be held at Floyd’s Chapel Cemetery, Friendship, TN. The family requests that any memorials be sent to St Jude Children's Hospital or the charity of their choice.
