Annie Laurie Wallace, 81, of Olive Branch, MS went to be with the Lord on April 18, 2025. Mrs. Wallace was born on December 31, 1943 in Water Valley, MS to the late John Thomas Starks and Annie Mae Yancy Starks. She and her husband owned and managed Wallace Photography for 40 years. In her earlier years, she drove a school bus and was a substitute teacher for Olive Branch schools. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Wallace was also one of the first Den Mothers for the Cub Scouts in Olive Branch and Troop 264 is still an active troop today. She was a devout believer in Jesus Christ and a member of the Church of God where she faithfully served the Lord. Her faith was the most important thing in her life and everything she did was driven by her faith in Jesus. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Maurice Wallace; and her brother, Henry Thomas Starks. She is survived by her son, David Maurice Wallace; son, Greg Wallace (Shay); grandchildren: Tyler Teague, Trevor Wallace, Haylie Wallace, and Rebekah Wallace; and one great-granddaughter, Avery. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation at Brantley Funeral Home on Friday, April 25, 2025 from 5-7pm. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 26, 2025, also at Brantley. Burial will follow at Blocker Cemetery.
