ORONO - Rose Marie (Ouellette) Dube, 82, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family March 29th, 2015 after a long courageous battle with breast cancer. She was born on March 16th, 1933 in Bangor a daughter of Elzear and Laura (Chasse) Ouellette. Rose was always a very loving, caring, beautiful angel here on earth. We can't imagine her being anymore than a very special angel in heaven. Rose loved playing bingo with her senior friends whom she cherished greatly, shopping, putting puzzles together on the computer and couldn't get enough of watching the sci-fi channel to fall asleep by. No matter what she did she always loved to see the completed project whether it was with her family in helping them out whenever she could or just doing whatever she felt like doing on any given day. Rose worked hard to make sure that her family never lacked for anything in life especially in wanting them to know how very much she loved them all. Bucky was mom's grandpuppy and always looked forward to seeing his "Grammy" every chance he got and loved to snuggle with her when we went to stay on sleepovers. He definitely does miss her as much as we all do.Rose is survived by children Patricia and Wendell Stoddard, Nancy and Clement (Dee) Shina, Ronald and Patti Dube, sisters Lucille Breau, Delores Ouellette, and brother Eddie (Jr) Ouellette, daughter in law Diane Dube as well as grandchildren Jamie Stoddard, Danielle Hurd, Ronnie Dube Jr and Catherine, Kayla Dube, Nicole Dube, Katie Dube, and great grandson Zane Stoddard. Rose loved them all so dearly and she held each one in her heart every day. Rose was predeceased by her parents, her loving husband Adrien Dube, sons Richard (Rick) Dube and Joseph (Joe) Dube, her brothers Joseph (Beau) Ouellette, Ferdinand (Kiddo) Ouellette, Roland Ouellette, sisters Theresa Myers, Priscilla Bouchard and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A very special family thank you with much love goes to the Hospice nurses and home health aids Cheryl Blanke, Tricia, Nikki, Deb, Daphne and countless other special angels that cared for Rose in her last days so tenderly and compassionately seeing to her every need. We can't thank you enough for calming her remaining family with your tender words and loving our mom the way that you all did. You all are very special to us as you were to mom.We would also like to thank others in her community for their thoughtfulness and the many hugs we all received to help us face the days ahead. It meant more than you know. There will be no funeral service at this time at Rose's request. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the charity of your choice in Rose's name. We all will carry the lessons you taught us mom and I know that we will ask for your help many times in the days ahead. We know that it's only one of the reasons that you are our beautiful, so very special, angel in heaven as you were here on this earth. You taught us all so much about life and love to prepare us for where we are now and we only hope to be half the woman you have been. We will try to do you proud and extend the love you taught us to those in need throughout the rest of our lives - See more at: http://obituaries.bangordailynews.com/obituaries/bdnmaine/obituary.aspx?n=rose-marie-dube-ouellette&pid=174523306&fhid=10701#sthash.KYASvqz9.dpuf
