Michael George Simon

Michael Simon, 65, passed away peacefully, February 18, 2022, surrounded by love. He was born, June 10, 1956, son of Robert and Audrey (Russell) Simon.

Michael was known as a handsome, happy, stubborn and loving man. Some things he loved included listening to good music and anything nautical- especially watching fish. By far his favorite pastime was flirting with all his girls. Though he had never spoken words, he certainly had a way of saying everything he needed to through his loving eyes and hums.

In addition to his parents, Michael was predeceased by his brother, Bobby. He is survived by his sisters, Brenda Leavitt and husband, Dan and Cindy Enos and husband, Tim; nephews, Robert Enos and Graham Leavitt; nieces, Kristen Dorval, Missy Enos and fiancé Andrew Wooster, and Melanie McEwen and husband David; and one very special great niece who Michael adored, Nevaeh Enos; as well as many extended family.

Michael resided with his second family at the Harris House for 38 years, where he had close relationships with many, but an extra special bond with Denise Brittain. The family wishes to express their heartfelt appreciation and gratitude for all the loving care he received throughout his years there.

Graveside services will be private for the family in the spring. Those wishing to remember Michael in a special way may make gifts in his memory to the Harris House, 45 Brookside Ave, Livermore Falls, 04254.
