PUSHAW LAKE HUDSON--Edward was born in Bangor, ME on July 23rd, 1949 and passed away on April 21st, 2020 at the age of 70 at home at the lake with his family by his side.
Born in 1949 to George R. A. LePage and Priscilla E. (Young) LePage, Ed grew up in Milford and Old Town, Maine. He attended and graduated from Old Town High School and received his Associates Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine, Orono. He then started his career at Cianbro Corporation where he worked for 42 years. During that time he worked his way up the ladder and did every job from laborer to superintendent. In his last few years with the company he mentored and trained new craftsmen. He was extremely proud to have been chosen as the ABC Craft Instructor of the Year in 2010. He was a lifetime parishioner at the Parish of the Resurrection of the Lord in Old Town. There, he involved himself with everything from community suppers and making floats for the children for the Riverfest Parade to helping to serving on the building committee for the upcoming construction projects.
Eddie was predeceased by his parents George & Priscilla LePage as well as his two brothers George LePage & Gary LePage, and his infant sister.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Janet LePage and his four children, Jennifer LePage of Hudson, Jessica Moore and her husband Andrew of Old Town, Johanne Walker and her husband Justin of Addison TX, and James LePage of Hudson. He is also survived by his younger brother Ira LePage and his wife Kathy of Glenburn. He will be deeply missed by his three grandchildren Reilly, Bella, and Jayden.
A small private Mass of Christian Burial will be held for immediate family. A Public gathering to remember Ed will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that people register to donate blood in his memory to the American Red Cross.
