Old Town—Douglas Jay Fleming, 51, died unexpectedly April 13, 2012. He was born December 19, 1960 in Lincoln a son of Gardner Sr. and Rita (Wallace) Fleming.
He will be remembered for his love of his family, his irish heritage, music and cooking. He will also be remembered for his open heart and wiliness to help others.
He is survived by his soul mate Lynne Gamperle; 5 “children” Heath Fleming, Brooke Fleming, Jean Gamperle, Tabitha Chambers, and Mike Page; four sisters Ruth Dawes, Sonya Thibault, Rhonda Kimball, and Lisa Zeidler, five brothers Garndern Fleming Jr, Leonard Fleming,Gary Fleming, Steven Fleming, and Keith Fleming. He was predeceased by a son Etienne Gamperle and his wife Marsha Fleming.
