Milford- Dale R. Barker, 69, died unexpectedly on August 6, 2018 at Eastern Maine Medical Center. Dale was born on July 23, 1949 in Old Town, Maine, the son of Wayne and Fern (Burse) Barker.
Dale was a lifelong teacher having taught math at Old Town High School for many years and then as an adjunct professor at EMCC, UMA Bangor and Husson University.
Dale is survived by three sisters and their husbands. Faye and Ed Brown of Milford, Janet and Donald Davis of Milton, Fl and Kathy and Charlie Heinonen of Bangor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at the First Congregational Church of Milford on Tuesday, August 14th at 1:00 pm with Rev. Guy Grube officiating. Private interment will be at Milford Cemetery.
