He is survived by his wife, Lady Anne M. Stika; 4 children : Alexander, Steven II, Anthony and Kieran; Mother-in-law, Sandra; 3 grandchildren and a brother, David. He was pre-deceased by his Father-in-law, Robert.
Jarran spent time in the US Navy before getting out on a medical retirement and ended his working career as a Blackjack Dealer at Mohegan Sun. He was diagnosed with Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy Type II in 2002. He lived with MMDTII for more than 22 years.
Jarran had a fantastic sense of humor and loved to tell a good joke. He loved to play games, build and create things. He also loved Sci-fi and fantasy.
