BAGG—Thomas Graham, passed away on January 26, 2025, at the age of 93, after a rich and exemplary life as husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather and a distinguished career culminating in the position of Chief Tax Counsel at Mobil Oil Corporation. Thomas received a BA from Dartmouth College (1953), and a Juris Doctorate from Harvard University (1956). He married Joyce Maynard (Radcliffe Class of 1955) in 1956 and together they had three children: Jessica, Anne, and Thomas Graham Bagg Jr. His wife Joyce passed away in 1965, and some years later, after many years of partnership, (1993) he married Janet Titus Boden, also Radcliffe Class of 1956. After a long and productive career at Mobil Oil Corporation, Thomas retired and he and Janet primarily spent their time in their home in Old Lyme, Connecticut, steps from the river, where notable trespassers included wild turkeys and osprey. He spent many happy hours with his books, the New York Times, and a good cup of coffee. He will be much missed by his family and by many others whose lives have been enriched by his friendship. Tom is survived by his wife, Janet; his daughters, Jessica and Anne; his stepdaughter, Jan; his son-in-law David, his seven grandchildren, Hiliary (and partner Waltraud), Sebastian, Sophie, Katherine, Laura, Finlay and Joyce and two great-grandchildren, Cassiopeia and Althea.
