He was born on June 30, 1958, in Albany, NY, the son of the late E. Neil Rogers and Ruth Newbold Rogers.
Richard is survived by his twin brother Robert N. Rogers of New Britain and his brother Jeff Green of Lebanon.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 12th at 11am, at Duck River Cemetery, Old Lyme.
