Gary Adams

Mr. Adams was born on October 29, 1953 in New London. He is precede in death by his parents, George (Red) and Phyllis (Clark) Adams, as well as his sister, Janet Long. He was employed for many years with Reynolds Subaru, Guilford Saab, and finished his career with Beers plumbing.

Gary was once known as the life of the party, he was someone everyone wanted to be around. Anyone who knew Gary would say he was an extremely hard worker and often the first to offer his hand to help. In his final years, Gary became more of a private man who stayed to himself, collecting rare coins, and well, anything else that caught his attention. Most of you remember Gary as an easy going guy, someone you could count on for a good laugh, an avid lover of animals and as a devoted father. That’s how his family will remember him.

Mr. Adams is survived by his son, Sam Adams, Brother, Pete Adams, Sister Nancy Hill, and many more loving family members

A gathering of family, friends, and sharing of memories of Gary is planned for July 8th 2023. With a brief ceremony beginning at 2 pm at the family home, 6 sterling city Rd, Lyme CT.
