Cynthia L. Houlihan

ArrangCindi was born on February 12, 1965 in New London the daughter of Ronald Houlihan and Brenda Lane. She graduated from Lyme-Old Lyme High School in 1983 and received her Bachelor’s Degree from Boston University, graduating cum laude, in 1987.

She loved her family, her home, and her pets, cooking and entertaining, playing games, and growing flowers. Cindi could cook you a wonderful meal, decorate the table with flowers from her garden, and graciously beat you at games afterward. Her joy of life, her caring ways, and her infectious laughter will never be forgotten by anyone who knew her. To know her was to love her.

Cindi is survived by her father Ronald of FL and her mother Brenda and husband Bob Lane of Old Lyme, her sister Lisa Houlihan and husband Richard Caccavale of CO, and Heidi and husband Angel Torres and her beloved niece Amelia of Madison. She is predeceased by her sister Gretchen Lane in 2009.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, November 28, 2010 at 2:00pm in the First Congregational Church of Old Lyme. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. Fulton-Theroux Funeral Home, Old Lyme is handling the arrangements.
