Brenda Stanton Boone, 58, passed away unexpectedly on April 4, 2024 at her home in New London, CT. She is survived by her daughters Madison Boone of Akron, Ohio and Kayla Boone of Vernon, Connecticut, her brother Mark Stanton of Old Lyme, Connecticut, and her nephews Justin Desjardins and Kurt Desjardins. She is predeceased by her parents Carol and Tom Stanton, her sister Christine Stanton, and her nephew David Stanton. She went to school in New Britain and worked as an executive assistant for a while, before deciding to live closer to the beach. She was a resident of New London for many years. She was happiest laying in the sun at the beach reading a book or going for walks at the Niantic Boardwalk.
