Shirley Estelle King, 82 of Hermitage, passed away Monday February 12, 2024. Shirley was born September 11, 1941 in Nashville, TN to Rufus and Estelle McKenzie.
Shirley was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She was loved by everyone and never met a stranger.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents Rufus and Estelle McKenzie, a brother Gene McKenzie and her beloved husband of 55 years, Johnny King.
Shirley is survived by her sons; David (Sonya) King, Jeffrey (Mary) King and a daughter Gina (Ron) Werner a sister, Loretta Alexander, 10 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at the Hermitage Funeral Home from 12:00-2:00PM. The celebration of Life service will begin at 2:00PM with Mark King officiating. Interment following in the garden of Gethsemane, Hermitage Memorial Gardens
