Age 80, passed away December 10, 2013. Preceded in death by husband, William Clyde Matthews; mother, Mary Lorene Parrish; father, William Dorris Dunlap; stepmother, Marjorie Greene Dunlap; brother, Vincent Dunlap (Betty); son-in-law, Noel Hays.

Survived by four daughters, Connie O'Brien Smith (William), Cheryl O'Brien Edwards (Joe), Vickie O'Brien Hays, and Tammy O'Brien Chapman (Terry); six grandchildren, James Christopher Smith (Yorktown, VA), Kellye Michelle Smith, Jason Matthew Smith (College Station, TX), Clint Hays (Atlanta, GA), Collin Chapman, and Stephen "Cory" Chapman; three great-grandchildren, Alex Smith, Brendan Smith and Abbey Smith; loving caregiver, Natasha Zoblisien; constant pet companions and protectors, Peppi and Cooper.

Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2013 from 1-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m., and on Friday, December 13, 2013 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m., at Hermitage Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Friday at Hermitage Funeral Home, with Bro. David Royalty officiating. Interment will follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens
