Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Charley and Evelyn Farley; children, Tammy M. Longworth and Terry L. Davis; brothers, Charles Roger Farley and J. Richard (Ricky) Farley. She is survived by her husband of sixty-one years, Larry H. Davis; son, Larry D. Davis; sister, Carolyn S. Hunter; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; three nieces, and four nephews.
Peggy married Larry H. Davis in 1963 and, together, they built a wonderful life. Peggy was a real estate agent and, together with Larry, they owned the Hillside Mobile Home Park for thirty years. Peggy was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, adn great grandmother to her family. She will be missed by all who knew her.
A visitation will be held at the Hermitage Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 535 Shute Lane, Old Hickory, Tennessee, on Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM, and Friday, November 15, 2024, from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM. The Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 PM in the Tulip Grove Chapel at the funeral home. Following the service, Peggy will be laid to rest in the Garden of Devotion at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
