She was born in Nashville to the late William Hobbs and Mildred Redmond Hobbs. Mrs. Cobb was a member of Old Hickory Church of Christ. She and her late husband, Harold, were both realtors and owned Cobb & Co. Realty. Mr. and Mrs. Cobb directed the Meals on Wheels program in Hermitage and Old Hickory.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Harold Cobb, son, Harold Thomas Cobb, and brother, William Lee Hobbs, Jr.
She is survived by her son, Terry Cobb (Patsy); four grandchildren, Stephen (Christina), Brad (Kayla), David (Chelsea), and Laura; ten great grandchildren and one on the way, and several extended family members.
Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Hermitage Funeral Home from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm, and also on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am.
The Celebration of Life Service will be on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at Hermitage Funeral Home at 11:00 am with Bro. Russ King officiating.
Interment will follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
