She is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Allgood; sons, Ken Carter, Mike Carter (Barbara) and Robert Carter (Monica); sisters, Nancy Spain (Ray), Linda Bruce (Bob) and Shirley Jenkins (Jim); brothers, Donald Reynolds (Betty), David Reynolds and Jerry Reynolds (Adrianna); grandchildren, Douglas Carter, Cherish Middleton, Lee Allgood, Michael Carter, Jr; great-grandchild, Emmett Allgood.
Mrs. Carter was a homemaker.
A Celebration of Life will b 12:00 pm Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at Hermitage Funeral Home, 535 Shute Lane, Old Hickory, TN. Interment will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 ~ 8:00 pm Tuesday, November 19, 2019 and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
