Louise was born November 9, 1956, in Philadelphia, PA to Joseph Henry Brown and Louise Brown Maben. She was a graduate of Wilkes Barre University (PA), and she went on to obtain her graduate degree from Union University in Jackson, TN. She was a dedicated nurse at Vanderbilt University Medical Center for 40 years.
Louise enjoyed traveling. She enjoyed sightseeing throughout Europe and visiting new places. She also enjoyed a relaxing trip to the casinos with her best friends.
Louise was a member of Eastgate Creative Christian Fellowship. She is survived by her wife, Vickie Harris, sister, Elizabeth Maben, brother, Joseph Brown, sister-in-law, Linda Sardo, Ginny Brown, brother-in-law Kim (Kenna) Harris, nephew Jesse Brown, niece Dana Samuel, Heather Brown, Holly Brown and many lifelong special friends.
Family & friends are invited to a Celebration of Life gathering at Hermitage Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 535 Shute Lane, Old Hickory, TN 37138 on Friday December 22, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Hermitage Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 535 Shute Lane, Old Hickory, TN with her Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 pm with Pastor Laura Harris Smith officiating.
