Louise spent her early years in Carthage before moving to Old Hickory. She was a 1955 graduate of DuPont High School. Louise worked for the Old Hickory Utility District where she held many positions in maintenance as well as managing their gym. She retired in 2005 after thirty years of service.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Nathaniel and Lucy Denton; and her beloved husband, Willie Grisham. She is survived by her sons; Jim (Thelma) Binkley and Mark (Barbara) Binkley; sisters Carolyn (Ronald) Walters and Mary (Alton) Agee; grandchildren Carl Binkley, Caitlin Binkley, Darren Boyd, Ron Boyd, and Kara Beasley.
A visitation will be held Friday September 1, 2023 from 10:00am until time of service. The Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00PM in the Tulip Grove Room, Hermitage Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 525 Shute Lane, Old Hickory, TN. Following the service, Louise will be entombed in the mausoleum in the Garden of Memories at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
