Linda Faye Wheeler

Linda Faye Wheeler, age 76, passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2020 in Hartsville, TN. Linda was born in Nashville, TN. Mrs. Wheeler is survived by her daughter; Lisa Blair (Ed); Grandson Ethan Blair (Megan);great-grandson Gibson Lane Blair; former husband Bobby Wheeler. Those that loved her and called her Nana and Aunt Linda; Terry Hampton (Linda), Tim Hampton (Shelly), Tony Ritchison, Tracy Ritchison, Steve Dixon (Rhonda), Amie Gregory (Kevin), Jeffery Butcher (Brittney), Michelle Key (Mike), Tina Butcher (Jeff), Chris Winfree, Stephenie Oliver (Shaun), Cortney Waters (Ryan) and all of Nanas loves! Linda, was preceded in death by her father Buford Hurd; mother Amie Estes Gooding; daddy Roy N. Gooding; sisters Barbara Hampton, Brenda Winfree and Judy Anglin; former husband Floyd Craighead; great nephew Alexander Adkison. A private graveside service will be held at 3 pm on the afternoon of Sunday, March 29, 2020 at Hermitage Memorial Gardens in Old Hickory, TN with Pastor Matt Brown officiating. Mrs. Wheeler’s nephews will serve as pallbearers Terry Hampton, Steve Dixon, Kevin Gregory, Jeff Butcher, Jeffery Butcher,Ryan Waters, Shaun Oliver and Robert Butcher. Honorary pallbearers will be Tim Hampton, Chris Winfree, Everet Hampton, Seth Hampton and the men of the Journey Church. A visitation will be held from 10 am-2:45 pm on the morning of Sunday, March 29, 2020 at Hermitage Funeral Home in Old Hickory, TN.
