Grandparents Bettye & Buddy Gaines and Janice & Marvin Phillips. Nieces Blakeleigh Gaines & Mary Paisley Bingham. Nephew Hollis Bingham and many loving uncles, aunts and cousins. Services will be held 12 pm Monday April 18, 2016 at Hermitage Funeral Home with Bro Matt Pearson officiating. Interment to be held at Hermitage Memorial Gardens with family serving as pallbearers. Visitation with family Sunday April 17, 2016 from 4 pm to 8 pm and Monday one hour prior to service. Arrangements under the direction of Hermitage Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, Old Hickory, TN.
