Joseph Andrew Stephens passed away February 25, 2022.
Mr. Stephens was a gentle soul who loved the Lord and his family.
He was a longtime member of Church of God of Prophecy. In his free time he enjoyed the outdoors
especially spending time at parks and on his brothers back porch.
He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Norma E. Stephens; children Tammie (Tom) Myres, Randy (Beth) Stephens and Lisa (Jim) Adkins; grandchildren Michael Myres (Alicia Crimmons) , Blake Myres, John Stephens, William Stephens, Kathryn Stephens and Annie Stephens; sisters Nellie Deckerd and Becky Cook; brother Paul Stephens and a host of nieces and nephews.
Mr. Stephens is preceded in death by his parents Osborne and Sadie Belle Stephens; and brohers Thomas Gary Stephens and Alfred Lee Stephens.
Gathering of family and friends Tuesday March 1 , 2022 from 4:00-8:00pm at Hermitage Funeral Home and on Wednesday March 2, 2022 from 12:00 noon until 1:00pm Funeral will begin 1:00pm in the Tulip Grove Room at Hermitage Funeral Home. Burial following Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
