Joe Anderson Beasley

Joe Anderson Beasley, age 92 of Nashville, passed away Nov. 18, 2016. Joe was born in Smith County, TN to the late Raymond and Zelma Taylor Beasley. Family, church, friends and work were cornerstones of Joe’s life. He was married to the love of his life, Laurine Gregory Beasley for 66 years.

Joe was a member and enjoyed the fellowship of Grace Church of the Nazarene. He was retired from Central Cumberland, where he worked for 52 years.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Laurine Beasley and sister, Mary Helen Beasley Elmore. He is survived by his son, John Allen Beasley (Margie), brother, Roy Allen Beasley (Geneva) and sister, Linda Beasley McDonald and many nieces and nephews he loved very much.

Funeral service will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2016 at Hermitage Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Suits officiating. Interment will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as Pallbearers.

Joe’s family will receive visitors on Monday, Nov. 21, 2016 from 4:00-8:00 pm and Tuesday, Nov. 22 from 11:00 am -1:00 pm at the funeral home.
