Joan (JoAnn) Carol Bragg

Joan (JoAnn) Carol Bragg, 89, passed away February 10, 2023. Preceded in death by parents, Orville and Earline Hager; siblings Orville Howard Hager, Jr., Al Kenneth Hager, Frances Irene Hager, Rubye Lene Blair, Larry Edward Hager, and Linda Joyce Rich.

Survived by son Arlie Bragg (Joyce), daughter Teresa Bragg, grandson Nicholas LeTellier, step-grandson Ryan Woodson, step-granddaughter April Parrish (Chris Johnson), step-great-grandson Austin Woodson and step-great-granddaughter Gema Woodson, brothers Dorris Hager (Wilma), Ricky Hager (Carolyn), sisters Virginia Linhardt (Irlee), Fannie Algood (Jimmy Davenport) and a host of family and friends. JoAnn was known by many in and around Donelson due to the 20+ years she happily worked at Castner Knott, where she retired. She was a faithful member of Donelson View Baptist Church for over 60 years.

There will be a time of visitation on Thursday, February 16, 2023, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Hermitage Funeral Home, 535 Shute Lane, Old Hickory, TN. The funeral service will be held on Friday, February 17, 2023 at 11:00 am in the Tulip Grove Room at the funeral home with Pastor Bo Fawbush, Donelson View Baptist Church, officiating. Following the service, Mrs. Bragg will be laid to rest at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 1101 Lebanon Pike, Nashville, TN, in the Garden of Devotion. In lieu of flowers, it was JoAnn's wish that donations be made to Donelson View Baptist Church, 2049 Lebanon Pike, Nashville, TN 37210.
