Helen Gayle Minchey

Helen will be remembered as a loving Mother and Mommoo as her grandchildren called her. Helen spent her life caring for her children, family and home. She was a great cook and homemaker.

She spent 31 years working as a hair stylist in Old Hickory, TN.

Mrs. Minchey is preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Mary Reding, brother Charles Reding, sisters Carolyn Reding and Evelyn Kinkade.

She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years Gordon Hoyte Minchey; Daughter Debbie (Mike) Willis, grandsons Justin Willis, Cory (Jayda) Willis; Great grandchildren, Knox, Vivie, Valerie, Kix, Savanna; Sisters Patsy (Robert) Pierce and Lois Sexton, many nieces, nephews and a large extended family.

Gathering of Family and Friends will be held Thursday August 1, 2019 at Hermitage Funeral Home from 4:00-8:00pm and on Friday August 2, 2019 at Hermitage Funeral Home from 10:00am -11:00am.

Celebration of Life will be held on Friday at 11:00am.

Entombment following at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
