Hazel D. Haynes age 89 of Donelson, TN passed away August 16, 2015. She was a member of Lebanon Road Church of Christ. Mrs. Haynes worked for Donelson Hosiptal before retiring in 1982.
Preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin Tillman Skinner and Dulcie Elliott Skinner; son, Randall Haynes. Survived by her husband, James Henry Haynes; daughter, Shelia Wardlaw (Brad); grandsons, Brady Pat Wardlaw III and Nathan Elliott Wardlaw (Yvonne); great-grandson, Hayden Elliott Wardlaw.
A graveside service will be conducted at 12pm Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at the Hermitage Memorial Gardens with John Michael Kennedy officiating. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday from 4pm until 8pm and 1 hour prior to the service at Hermitage Funeral Home.
