Mr. Bolin had a long career as a Hardware Salesman, working for Moore-Handley, Clark Hardware, and House of Hanson. He was a hard-working man with a strong work ethic. In his spare time, he was quite the mechanic. For some time he worked on small engines and even considered opening a Lawn Mower Repair Service, but eventually decided not to travel that route. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching TV and spending time with his family. His favorite holiday was Christmas.
In earlier days, he and his wife, Ivo, enjoyed traveling the United States, visiting landmarks and enjoying the beautiful backdrop of America. Together, they traveled and visited all of the United States with the exception of Hawaii. They never made it quite that far. Mr. Bolin was married to the love of his life for forty years until her passing in 2019. He had accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and attended Faith is The Victory Church with his wife.
Mr. Bolin is preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Ivo; his father, Calvin Wade Bolin; his mother, Lois Perry Bolin; and a son, Randy Tyler. He is survived by his daughter, Regina Phillips (Shelah); his son, Darwin Tyler (Janice); his sister, Bonnie Bowman; and his brother, George Kellogg (Denise). Mr. Bolin also leaves behind eight grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
