Elizabeth Florine Nicholson

April 15, 1937 ~ April 20, 2018

Elizabeth is survived by daughters Terrie Lynn Nicholson and Tammy J. Ellis and son-in-law Sean Chambers. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William C. Nicholson. Other surviving relatives include brother George Harold (Joyce) Rasberry and sister Sharline Rasberry (Harvell) Price; grandchildren Nichole (Sean) Ellison and Andrew (Gabrielle) Ellis; and great grandchildren Dallas Michael Ellison and Travis David Ellison.

Elizabeth was a born-nurturer and caring for others was an inherent part of her personality. Whether it was children, neighbors or family, Flo was always the one taking care of everybody. She was a long-time member of Hermitage Hills Baptist Church and called Hermitage home for most of her adult life. She loved to garden, enjoy her porch swing and read.

A Celebration of Life Service will be 11:00 am Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at Hermitage Funeral Home, 535 Shute Lane, Old Hickory, TN with David R. Johnson officiating. Entombment will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens.

Visitation with the family will be 10:00 am until time of service at the funeral home.
