He was born on November 21, 1941, in Rochester, Michigan, the son of the late Clarence Ray and Marian Shoemaker Moshier. He was a CMSgt in the Air Force and retired from 118 A.W. He worked for Xerox and HCA for over 20 years. He was an excellent husband, father, grandfather and friend.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Peggy M. Moshier Kik.
He is survived by his loving wife, Penny Moshier; son, James D. “Jimmy” Moshier; 4 grandsons; 2 granddaughters; 2 great granddaughters; nephew who was like a son, Ray Adcock, and several other relatives and friends.
Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 from 4:00 until 8:00 pm, and also on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 from 12:00 until 2:00 pm at Hermitage Funeral Home.
The Celebration of Life Service will be on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Hermitage Funeral Home with Pastor Carl Strange officiating.
Entombment will follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens with Retired Military Honors.
