Deanne Pauline Dodson

With great sorrow and bittersweet gratitude, the Dodson and Ballard family announce the passing of our kind, brave, caring and unimaginably generous wife, mother, grandmother and friend, Deanne Pauline Dodson.

Deanne was born on July 28, 1954, in Los Angeles, CA. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior in July 1975 and married the love of her life, Tim Dodson on September 6, 1975. They lived in Southern California raising two children, Allison and Stephen. Tim and Deanne moved to Tennessee in November 2021 and found Hermitage Hills Baptist Church. Deanne loved being a grandmother to three boys, taking long drives with Tim, trying new restaurants, putting together puzzles, and cooking for her family.

Thank you to family, friends and the Faith Life Group who prayed and gave continuously during her extended illness.

There will be a Celebration of Life service at Hermitage Hills Baptist Church. Date and time to be announced.
