Charles M. Bryant Jr. of Aurora, Illinois died March 1, 2023. Charles was born June 14, 1954 in Osceola, Arkansas to Charles and Patricia Bryant. Charles spent his childhood days in Illinois. Charles joined the U.S. Marine Corp in 1973 and served honorably for 20 years, retiring in 1993. Following his service, he graduated from Northern Illinois University where he received his BS in operations management. Charles enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He supported and helped the V.F.W. and American Legion, continuing to aid his fellow veterans. Charles enjoyed playing pool and taking target practice whenever he could.
Charles was preceded in death by his father Charles M Bryant. Charles is survived by his mother Patricia Bryant of Hermitage, TN, sons; Luke (Mirella) Bryant, Jeremiah (Zena) Bryant, daughters, Jennifer Bryant and Jessica Bryant, sister: Marilyn Desmarais , grandchildren Penny Bryant, Benjamin Bryant, Zayn Bryant, Juliette Bryant, Ana Buchanan, Joseph Bryant, Kayla Jamerson and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday March 11, 2023 from 1:00PM until time of service at 3:00PM at the Hermitage Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 535 Shute Lane, Old Hickory, TN. 37138
