Bill will forever hold a place in my heart. At times, he was a bit stubborn and didn't mind telling it like it was. But more so than not, he was a sweet and very kind person that would do anything for anyone. He'll always be remembered for his wonderful smile and heart of gold. I'm very saddened by his passing, but very glad to have met him and his family. He will be greatly missed.

There are those in your life you remember because you've known them, and then there are those in your life you remember because they made you want to be a better person. I've never met a more genuine, honest, and selfless individual. His integrity, morals, and tenacious character was never questionable nor compromised and should serve as a life-lesson template for those who want to become better people and invest in personal development. Bill couldn't have been a stronger advocate and sometimes all-out Warrior for doing the right thing; more than willing to stare potential social and political criticism in the eye with a smile. He was true to his God, Family, Himself, Ideologies, and Friends. I will always respect, honor, and appreciate his friendship and will continue to pray for his beautiful family every day. Many hearts are broken but can find some comfort in knowing the Angels are reciprocating all of the love, kindness, and compassion he gave to others. I know he's making the Angels laugh and certain his very missed smile is the most radiant in Heaven. Will miss you every day until I see you again.

Billy was kind, opinionated, funny,  with a temper like a child at times. One minute complaining of aches and pains like he was 80 and the next minute he was a 10yr old boy playing pranks and laughing loudly.
There are no words really.

Billy was my oldest nephew and also my godson.  I watched him grow from the day he was born into the amazing man he became.  I love him so very much and am heartbroken over his loss.  I sincerely hope that his lovely wife Michelle and his dear children can find peace and serenity from our 
Lord and Savior.  God bless you.

Dear Billy, I had the honor of knowing you since a very young age. Just starting out, finding your way. You have always been special. What a wonderful life you've had. And now you get to watch over us all from above. Say hello to Heaven, my friend. Prayers to you, your sweet family, and all who've been blessed to know you.

My sincerest condolences to his family. Bill, it was a pleasure working with you and you will be greatly missed.

Bill was such a wonderful guy.  I was blessed to get to know his family when they lived in Lakeland.  Michelle - you have so many people praying for you and the kids.  I hope these prayers can help sustain you in the weeks and months to come.

Bill was a such a kind person and being his neighbor he quickly became my friend. I will miss his friendly voice and the great conversations we had. His legacy is his beautiful family and I know their strength will prevail through this difficult time. God bless the Giannini family.

To the family of Billy Giannini - So much love, hugs, and prayers are being sent your way by the Grays in Bartlett - especially to Brett, Carlee, and Andy.  Both Mark and Mason were so sad to learn of Billy's passing, but shared with me some of the "Ackerman Gang's" antics, particularly remembering Billy playing his guitar. You guys were and are such a special bunch.  Many good memories of when you were all children.

A leader who always made time and gave inspiration to those he led. Your smile and friendship will live on in our minds.

Bill was a pleasure to work with.  He always had a smile on his face and liked giving hugs.  What made him different is that he didn't care who you were, he didn't think he was above anyone else.  Such a great heart!  He has been, and will forever be missed by C & I personnel who knew and loved him.

Praying for the comfort and strength of the family and friends....it was a pleasure to know you, saddened at your passing.

He gave so much to the party. Things will never be the same.

Bill's smile was contagious, his conservative convictions were impeccable, his contributions unsurpassed, his energy boundless. A true friend you could always count on. You were such a magnetic personality that was inspiring to everyone who knew you.  What a blessing it was for my family to know yours.  God, I thank you for the years we had together.  The dinners, Halloween's, holidays, the discussions, the music, the laughter and the even the tears.  I will miss this you so very much.  Thank you my brother.  Go rest high my friend and save a spot for me until we meet again.

Bill was a amazing guy - his talents and skills were numerous and he was a really GOOD friend. I loved spending time with him, enjoying his energy, positive attitude, learning about all his different interests and his faith, hearing him talk about his beloved wife and children and how proud he was of them. He leaves an empty place in the hearts of many and will be GREATLY missed.

Bill lit up the room when he entered it. We will remember his enthusiasm for our cause, his quick wit, and his infectious smile.

We have lost a dear friend and we will miss him immensely.
