Anita E. Nores

Anita E. Nores, age 76, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Monday, December 19, 2022. Anita was born in Long Island City, New York on August 3, 1946, to her parents Otto Herman Brandt and Rose Birk.

Anita was a graduate of Boca Ciega High School in St. Petersburg, FL. With a love for art and interior design, after high school she attended the New York School of Interior Design. After her graduation, she practiced Interior Design and worked for the J.C. Penny Company as a designer. She was also a volunteer in the library at both her high school, Boca Ciega and at Westgate Elementary School.

Anita was a Christian, had a beautiful soul, and was kind and understanding. She was a loyal caretaker of her family, loved to travel and go to the beach. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Anita is survived by her husband of 48 years Michael E. Nores, by her children Keith U. Nores and Marlene A. (Mark) Windholz and by her 2 grandchildren Alisha and Brenna Windholz. There will be a visitation on Friday, Dec 30th from 12 - 2 pm with a funeral service at 2 pm at Hermitage Funeral Home. Her final resting place will be in the Garden of Memories at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
